Fold over 2 pocket insurance card holder with chipboard heat sealed in lining for the ultimate in protection. stiff cover provides years of use. Openings on inside narrow side. Two full clear pockets to keep insurance cards soil-proof. Velcro closure insures closure.

Multi Color Imprint: Available, available $40 setup charge and $.15 per piece running charge per imprint color. Allow 1/4" spacing between colors.
Second Location Imprint: available at $20 set up charge plus $.15 each running charge.
